CAS in Arbitration 2026–2027 | Program Dates Announced

What sets Swiss Arbitration training apart?

Excellence in arbitration is built through practice — not theory alone.

The CAS in Arbitration is designed around this principle. Throughout the program, participants engage with the realities of international arbitration, learning how to approach jurisdictional issues, manage evidentiary challenges, and develop persuasive advocacy in complex cross-border disputes.

What distinguishes the Swiss approach is its ability to combine civil law structure with common law flexibility. This balance equips participants with both a solid procedural foundation and the practical instincts required in high-stakes arbitration proceedings.

Several participants have described the program as transformative — not because it teaches more rules, but because it changes how they approach arbitration in practice.
